Finally, bugs are fixed and app works. It took the better part of a year to fix. . . Dont think Ill buy anything from Pioneer ever again, seeing their amazing customer service. I wonder if well have to wait a year again, the next time iOS is updated?

Get rid of this trash app. It recognizes 50 of 5000 song in my library and then just randomly skips tracks, whats the point ?

Pioneer, hope you are reading this... After this cataclysmic failure of your App radio 1 ( I disappointedly have owned ) and your epic double whammy failure app radio 2 I now am swapping out my radio to another brand. This costly mistake cost me over $1500. And I am amazed Apple still lets you download your " APP " for your " APP" radio " especially with so many unhappy customers. Of course AppRadio is not related to Apple. This really should be more like a class action lawsuit as your product sold in store and updates makes this completely unusable. Finally Pioneer ambition and being remotely an "APPle" radio is so ridiculous. Do Not buy this radio! Originally gave a 5 star... Soon became more frustrated with the "parking break warnings" who uses the parking break anyhow? Especially in parked their garage!? Also, why such a loooooooooomnnmnngggggggg boot up? Like the guy waiting for me to back up out of a public parking stall has any empathy for " me " getting my app radio turned on. Seriously, it has a 1 minute boot, then you have to agree that 1 parking break on, then off, then on, then click OK . Are you kidding me!? Why should I get a workout to apply, pull parking break, disengage, reapply.. All this after the ridiculous 1 minute boot time?! What it does.. OK ( sounds more like radio quality... ) 1 plays pandora. Just plug in and hit pandora on your iPhone. 2. Plays iTunes library ( have to click on iPod icon ) The rest is a mess... Really. What drives me more mad is the inability to delete the " beep " I mean, if you can change the wall paper, change the font in the firmware.. Whats up with the annoying beep with volume control... Imagine, listening to a song that you want to turn up, instead of turning a knob you click ( which is ok ) but it beeps, beeps, beeps... Every time you push + or - . Whats more of a liability is having to click back to the iPhone to " Allow " when you plug phone into appradio! Im not going to talk about the bluetooth and dont even think about using SIRI with it... Useless. It could be seamless...

An un imaginative attempt by Pioneer to stay relevant. A clear example.. they dont get it.

I felt that overall this was a great idea but its so limited. One little detail that really bugs me is not having the ability to just use your preset playlists. If they could come up for an update that would allow you to import just a playlist to mix I feel this would make it so much better. About the only way to here a certain genre is to keep selecting similar song and that kind of defeats the purpose of having a DJ. Anyway like I said, great idea. Just needs some tweaking to be amazing.

***Update 2, have been using the app more now and I noticed that the songs played through mixtrax are played at a lower volume than through the native iPhone music app. I basically have to turn up the volume atleast twice as much to get the same volume normally. Im not sure if this is a glitch or bug. Another thing is too bad they removed the transition selection. Also it seems like the PC mixtraxs transitions are more smoother. But Great job on the app! **It looks like they listened to the reviews and made a completely redesigned app! Im glad they implemented in the option to select your playlist and itll automatically mix the tracks for you! So far everything works well except it doesnt support the iPhone 5 screen but its not as big of a deal. I also couldnt find the option to select the transition sounds anymore. Definitely worth purchasing now! This app has great potential, hopefully in a future patch or update you can actually create custom playlists! Thats why I bought it but its not true because you select 1 song and it makes a playlist for you. I would like to use playlists I already have on my iPhone or atleast create a new one with the app. But other than that its good.

Only analyzed a small percentage of my library and it is real glitchy. Wish id kept My $3.99.

This is a cool app but it will tend to mix songs that dont at all go together like Adele and Deadmau5. They dont mix very well. I feel the app uses too much of the same effect for transitions but I suspect pioneer will be updating this. Now a second update. Nice redesign. But I paid for this. Why are you putting 30 second iTunes previews?? How about that in the free version. Not the paid. Thats why I paid for this app to mix MY music not iTunes random media. This app has only been getting worse. Pioneer your products just arent what they used to be. So sad

Constantly freezes, no music output.. No airplay within app. Does not work with Pioneer Z-120. Feels like an amateur built the app not a corporation as big as Pioneer. Its a reflection all across the board!!!

App doesnt use the whole screen for iphone 5 and wont load. Waste of money.

Works fine for me organizes all my music tells me the Bpm. I have so many songs that it organizes the Tracks by the tempo. Song information is kind of sketchy when it comes to display of my Pioneer head unit Not in app mode.

Worked great when I first downloaded it but now theres no sound output. Needs an update ASAP!!!!

Every other music app I have does. Including your own carmediaplayer application. This app is useless to me until it does.

If you want an app that randomly plays your music at random points in the song then this is for you. I have no idea why this app is even available or what its intended purpose is supposed to be. It basically takes 20 seconds off at the beginning and end of a song then automatically does the same thing to another song. If I had bought this from a store I would return it.

Doesnt recognize songs on the iPhone. Also does not analyze correctly. I have hundreds of songs on my phone. All songs are on the phone. Not in the cloud. It only analyzes 17. Joke.

I bought my pioneer 3500bH from best but and installed it with best buy. After downloading this app , I love this app
